the giant vegetable

Today Kararaina brought in a giant zucchini. I think in England you call it a courgette. Its huge and not to heavy to lift. I wonder how long it would take to eat and cut up?!!!

We are a Global Citizen

Room3 are learning about being a global citizen. Just having this blog makes us a global citizen and using other online technology makes us global citizens. Eating food from other countries like Indian "Butter chicken." Using a phone to ring people from overseas makes us global citizens. So when you go home tell your Mum and Dad you learnt something from some students from NewZealand.

armpit fudge!

Hi, it's Riley and Francine here. Here in St. Marys NZ on Friday we have half an hour to do some fun stuff this is called Golden Time. This week we made armpit fudge for golden time, unfortunately Riley made his explode while it was in his armpit.

Ingredients for armpit fudge

  • 1/4 Cup Icing sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon cream cheese
  • dash Vanilla essence
  • ½ teaspoon Cocoa or drinking chocolate
  • 1 Ziploc plastic bag
Place all ingredients into a sandwich sized Zip locked bag. Squeeze out all the air. Squish the bag (under your armpit) until the mixture is well mixed and creamy.

Goldentime is fun when you splat yourself with Armpit Fudge!!!!
